I started cutting my own hair at 12 years old, after trial and error I then started to cut heads a few in the neighborhood after sever people admired the work I had done on myself. My mom told me that I need to go get a job. Not know that cutting hair was a job i went into the work force.I then got to the point of not wanting to work for other people. I turned that energy into becoming a licensed barber in 2016.
